Forum 2017 Theme : Follow my leader

The theme for 2017 is Follow my Leader from 19th – 25th August and the theme leader is Rev Alistair Smeaton who is a minister in the URC’s West Cumbria Network. More details about Forum 2016 at the Hayes Conference Centre are available from www.urcholidayforum.org.uk

If you have already booked, please continue to spread the word to everyone around!

Each day there will be all-age worship, a theme talk and workshops (e.g. discussion, bible study, needlework, films and others). Children’s groups are also organised for those under 15. Afternoons are either free time or optional activities with an organised outing on one afternoon. There are also table tennis and scrabble competitions.

Each evening there is some form of entertainment, such as songs of praise, quiz etc. There are also various acts of worship. There is ample opportunity for free time, relaxed conversation, renewing old friendships and getting to know people from around the country.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are generous meals. Morning coffee and afternoon tea are included. The Hayes also has a well stocked gift shop and a bar.
