Senior Section

Building on the successful Rainbows, Brownies and Guides sections, we have opened a Senior Section for Guides aged 14-18 at Park United Reformed Church. The Senior Section will meets on Thursday evenings alongside the Guide section but meets in a different room.

How can I be involved?

The different roles you can get involved in are:

  • Ranger
  • Young Leader
  • Young adult Leader
  • Lone Senior Section member
  • In4mer
  • Member of SSAGO
  • Young Commissioner/Advisor
  • Member of the Trefoil Guild

Rangers

Rangers meet in units to plan and carry out activities from as many of the Senior Section programme opportunities as they want.

Young Leaders

Young Leaders are aged 14 to 18 and work with a Rainbow, Brownie or Guide unit. They might be working towards their Young Leader Qualification or the adult Leadership Qualification, as well as participating in other Senior Section opportunities. They are supported by a Young Leader Leader and link with other members of the Senior Section when they choose.
