REinspired

REinspired is our schools work project in Earley and East Reading which Park United Reformed Church has been involved in since the very beginning. It is an ecumenical project which seeks to support schools in delivering the RE curriculum and engaging with pupils in their spiritual development.

The project has grown over the past ten years and we now reach almost every primary school child in every primary school in Earley and East Reading. Further details can be found on the REinspired website www.reinspired.org.uk

REinspired have just written a book in conjunction with BRF in order to tell others about this effective way of working with schools, this model that other groups of churches may like to use.

Park United Reformed Church has a number of volunteers who regularly welcome children from Alfred Sutton Primary School into the church, some of our volunteers also help with sessions with Redlands Primary School, Earley St Peter's Primary School and Aldryngton Primary School. Our Minister, Robert Weston, is serving on the board of trustees of REinspired.
